What do you dream of?

We all dream a little. Sometimes our dreams are like dew, evaporating with the coming of the morning sun. But what of those dreams that remain?

I had a recurring dream

"To spend an extended period of time experiencing wild, remote , and beautiful places, in the process of circumnavigating the World"

How many years had it been since I first awoke with that dream? As a new millenium approached I vowed to turn that dream into reality.

This website is a record of the 19 months I spent on my travels, between August 2000 and March 2002, fulfilling that dream.
